This development explores the idea of a mixed residential typology community.  The three typologies incorporated are townhomes, double stacks, and triple stacks arranged in eight separate residential blocks.  The residential blocks are arranged in a manner that promotes pedestrian networks, neighbourly interaction, and good visibility.  This creates a community design that is safe, porous with vitality.  The architectural design of the dwelling typologies has a predominant contemporary flavour.  The townhomes incorporate flat roofs with large windows and clean façade materials.  The double stacks use contemporary gable roofs, large windows and clean façade materials.  Both the towns and the double stacks play with masses moving forward and back to create articulation.  The triple stacks incorporate two storey windows with recessed entrance niches and a setback at the 3rd level, creating generous terraces for the upper units.  The façade, again, incorporates clean lines and materials.
