Chin Chin made its debut in Los Angeles in 1983, introducing dim sum and other Chinese favorites prepared fresh to order, and served in a contemporary environment with friendly and efficient service. The Chin Chin brand decided to enter the Canadian market in 2017 and selected Organica Studio + to design all of their Canadian restaurants.

Their first restaurant, located in downtown Toronto across from Rogers Center has a design that contains many of the brand’s values. It contains a retail area, open kitchen, and a generous eating area that has a visual connection to Bremner Boulevard. The interior concept for this location draws inspiration form the Brand’s colours, Far East cuisine motifs and rich patterns. This provides for a contemporary dining experience in a casual setting where fresh and healthy fare is consumed.
