This restaurant was the second location for the Avani Asian Indian Bistro group who sought to use it for both private and corporate events.  This bistro offers contemporary interpretations of classic Indian and Hakka dishes.  Their desire was for the new location was to have a modern upscale setting while providing impeccable service. The program includes a hostess counter and generous waiting area.  Adjacent to this area is the bar, private dining room, and general dining room.  The bathrooms are situated at the  rear of the restaurant off of a corridor with access to the kitchen.  The kitchen, back of House, and employee areas are situated at the rear of a unit.  The interior design focused on a contemporary feel while displaying the rich colours and textures of south east Asia.  This included natural woods, stones, golds with deep reds.  The result made for a distinct and intimate space for a unique dining experience.
