This corporate workplace project for a marketing firm is situated in Toronto’s financial district.  Located on the 12th floor of an existing office building, the build out has an area of over 27,000 square feet.  The design of the new workplace included both traditional and contemporary program elements.  Th included large open works areas, private office, and meeting rooms for both individual and team work.  There were also spaces for individuals and teams to get together and collaborate in alternative settings.  One of the fundamental focuses was the quality of work life for employees.  A large break lounge, generous staff room, and spa were included to achieve this.  The interior design concept was contemporary and incorporated clean lines, bright spaces with a generous number of accent colours and patterns.
