The Toronto Dermatology Center is one of Canada’s premiere skin care clinics, delivering the best balance of expert skin care, innovation, state of the art equipment, and effectiveness coupled with safety. The TDC includes two internal units; a cosmetic clinic and a medical clinic, both practising the dermatology discipline.

The TDC was formerly operating out of 5,000 sq. ft. space on the 4th floor of an existing building. Due to their expanding services and clientele the decision was made to expand 1,800 sq. ft. on the 4th floor and an additional 2,600 sq. ft. on the 3rd floor. The work on the 4th floor creates an expansion to their existing cosmetic clinic. It provides additional cosmetic rooms and continues a corridor that runs the length of the building. It also provides a separate and dedicated waiting and reception area for cosmetic patients along with associated administration and services spaces. The third floor build out is an expansion to the medical clinic on the 4th floor. This expansion also includes a dedicated waiting and reception areas together with new clinic rooms. In addition, there are spaces dedicated to phototherapy, clinical trials, and administration, support and service spaces.
