Parkside daycare is a licenced childcare facility located in Waterdown ON. It is their mission to provide reputable, quality child care and develop long-term relationships with families and in their community. The center is 3,800 sq. ft. in area and incorporates a symmetrical design for efficiency and the safety staff and children.

The principal entrance is overseen by administrative and staff spaces on either side. The center of the plan contains the children’s cubbies, Kitchen, laundry and service spaces. The classrooms for infants, toddlers, and pre-school children are on opposite ends of the space while the outdoor playground is at the rear. This layout allows staff to easily access all classrooms from the centrally located administrative spaces and kitchen. Conversely, it allows the children to exit the classrooms onto one connected corridor, that is easy to supervise, that leads to the rear playground.
