The objective of this project was to revitalize an existing popular restaurant in Thornhill ON.  Santorini Estatorio has been providing an elevated modern cuisine with a traditional Greek twist for decades.  The revitalization was focused on the existing dining rooms where traditional Greek and mythology symbols were used in composition on the perimeter walls, skylight and central fountain.  The symbols were portrayed in predominantly blue and white hues, using a collage/pop art style.  We worked in collaboration with renowned Brazilian Canadian artist D-Snow on this project.  The new design elements introduced an new dynamic to the dining room and experience, updating the previously traditional interior.
